worked closely with Sorrisniva Arctic Wilderness Lodge to strengthen the commercial performance of its premium accommodation, with a specific focus on the Mary Suite. Our work began with a deep analysis of the lodge’s positioning, target markets, and demand drivers across seasons, particularly the impact of Northern Lights, Arctic experiences, and shoulder periods on booking behavior.

By combining market intelligence, competitive benchmarking, and booking data analysis, we identified opportunities to increase average booking value and improve conversion for high-end travelers.
Based on these insights, we implemented an experience-led sales strategy that repositioned the Mary Suite as a flagship product rather than a standalone room, supported by refined pricing logic, dynamic rate adjustments, and curated stay packages.
